The RQF-1 air flotation system is an innovative and agile design that consumes only 1/8-1/10 of the power consumption of traditional air flotation methods, and has a processing capacity of 5-2000m ³/ H.

The RQF-1 air flotation system has simple design, mature technology, convenient operation, economical operation, and easy maintenance. No pressure vessels, air compressors, circulation pumps, etc. are required. The air is directly introduced into the sewage through an air entrainer without the need for prior dissolution. The dissolution impeller then causes the air to form microbubbles that are evenly distributed in the sewage. The microbubbles attract and adhere to the surface of small solid particles and float to the water surface. The solid matter that floats on the water surface is transported to the sludge discharge pipeline by the mud scraper, and the sludge is sent to the collection container through a screw propeller.

The uniquely designed open reflux pipeline extends from the aeration section along the bottom of the air flotation tank. While generating micro bubbles, the dissolved gas impeller forms a negative pressure zone at the bottom of the pool with reflux. This negative pressure effect causes the pool water to reflux from the bottom of the pool to the dissolved gas zone, and then return to the air flotation section. This process ensures that air flotation continues even without any input.

Process:

Sewage - Aeration section (mixed evenly with microbubbles) - Separation (microbubbles attach and carry solid suspended solids up to the water surface) - Scraping (mud scraper moves along the liquid surface, scraping mud onto an inclined metal plate and discharging it) - Horizontal screw thruster pushes sludge into the sludge collector - Purified water is discharged through an overflow tank under the inclined plate.
