Working principle: Before filtering the material, the filter aid (starch) is sprayed onto the surface of the drum to form a certain thickness as a pre coating. Then, yeast slurry to be filtered is injected into the tank. Under vacuum suction, the separated filtrate is discharged through the pre coating and filter cloth, through a suction pipe, a collection pipe, and a steam water separator. The yeast particles in the slurry are intercepted by the pre coating and continuously discharged by an automatic feeding scraper. When the residual thickness of the pre coating is less than 6mm, it is necessary to re spray and proceed to the next working cycle.
