The RZC-1500 medium and low concentration slag remover is a newly developed slag remover with large diameter, high throughput, and high efficiency and energy conservation, based on absorbing advanced foreign technology. It can be widely used in various slurry purification systems to remove heavy impurities such as sand and iron filings from the slurry. The slurry enters the cone along the spiral tangent direction and quickly forms a stable vortex. The good slurry is separated from the top, and the tail slurry enters the bottom slag discharge tank. The unique balanced water design allows the tail slurry to undergo secondary separation in the secondary separation chamber. The fibers are centrally recovered from the center of the secondary separation chamber, and the tail slurry is discharged from the bottom slag discharge port of the separation chamber, greatly reducing fiber loss.
