RSH Lime Digester (Also known as ash machine, lime slaking machine, lime slaker) is a lime slaking equipment for processing calcium carbonate and Dicalcium phosphate, which is mainly used in chemical industry, metallurgy, wastewater treatment, chemical fiber, paper making, power plant desulfurization, sugar production, soda ash manufacturing and other industries. Lime digesters have two discharge forms: front and rear.

2、 Structural features:

The lime digestion machine is mainly composed of a power device, a filter screen, a rolling ring, a cylinder (outer and inner cylinder), a gear ring, a supporting wheel device, etc. The cylinder is divided into four zones, namely buffer zone, digestion zone, homogenization zone, and milk residue decomposition zone. There is no slag removal and disposal device at the tail. The main feature of this lime digestion machine is the use of a rotary motion instead of stirring for ash removal. There is no brocade mesh at the rear of the lime digester cylinder. The quicklime blocks come into contact with water in the cylinder to absorb water and digest it. The lime milk flows out through the sieve and self discharge outlet. The undigested burnt and quicklime is discharged from the outer cylinder through the slag removal device at the rear of the outer cylinder. The machine has a reasonable structure, convenient operation, high production efficiency, large production capacity, and low labor intensity, making it suitable for any quality of lime.
