operational principle

The solitary sieve adopts a pressure jet feeding structure design. Liquid materials are sprayed onto the curved sieve plate in a tangential direction through a feed box with adjustable lip opening. The spraying force pushes the material through the surface of the curved sieve plate, and relies on the spraying force and gravity of the material to make the liquid and small particles pass through the gaps of the sieve plate and gather at the filtrate outlet; Solid particles that cannot pass through the sieve gap are blocked by the sieve plate and flow along the direction of the material flow to the discharge port to achieve solid-liquid separation.

Stainless steel strip type sieve plate is selected with a sieve edge width between 100 and 350 microns according to different applications

Reinforced casing with front and rear cover doors, flange connected filtrate outlet and discharge outlet; Feed box, with flange connected feed port, adjustable opening of spray lip plate; The pressure type feed inlet and grid bar type curved sieve plate ensure high filtration capacity;

Pneumatic (manual) device used for adjusting the opening of the spraying lip and flushing the lip: to avoid the accumulation of solid matter at the lip of the feeding box, the lip can be opened instantaneously on a regular basis to flush out the accumulated material at the lip;

A swinging high-pressure water spray pipe used for cleaning the sieve plate, intermittently flushing the sieve plate to keep the sieve gap smooth and clean;
