DESCRIPTION
Structural features:
The system consists of a D-type hydraulic pulp crusher, a rope twisting machine, a cutter, a sediment well, a grab, an impurity separator, a cylindrical screen, and a PLC control part.
The system is used to break and remove impurities from waste cardboard and other waste paper. The main feature of the D-type hydraulic pulp crusher is the use of a "D" shaped groove and an energy-saving Vx rotor, which makes the contact between waste paper and the rotor faster and more frequent. Compared with traditional hydraulic pulp crushers, it can shorten the shredding time of waste paper and improve production capacity without increasing power and volume. The rotor and discharge plate of the D-type hydraulic pulp crusher are higher than the bottom plane of the pulp crusher tank, forming a low-pressure flow zone around the rotor, allowing coarse impurities during the crushing process to enter the sediment well from the heavy slag port and be regularly discharged using a grab bucket. The entangled impurities in waste paper are twisted into ropes under the action of rotary pulp flow and pulled out by a rope twisting machine. The mixed slurry and light impurities entering the sediment well periodically enter the impurity separator, and the treated good slurry merges with the good slurry from the pulp crusher before being sent to the next process for treatment. The coarse impurities are washed and sent to the cylindrical sieve discharge system, and the recovered slurry enters the pulp crusher. The entire system work program is controlled by a PLC controller, and the control time of each process can be adjusted at any time based on the impurity situation of raw materials. While continuously crushing the pulp, timely discharge the coarse, light, and heavy impurities in the waste paper to avoid fine crushing of impurities during the pulping process and reduce the burden on subsequent purification and screening equipment.
