Structural features:

The ZPR series disc type heat disperser is composed of a broom shaped toothed heat disperser, a body and transmission device, a main hydraulic system, a displacement sensing device, a lubrication system, etc. The slurry with a concentration of 25-30% is heated to a temperature of 80-130 ℃ in a heating screw and mixed with chemicals. It is fed into the feed screw in a round particle shape. The feed screw passes through the spiral rotary table on the heat disperser, squeezing the slurry between the moving and fixed disks with a clearance of 0.1-0.5mm.
